Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our Innovation business. We help startups and entrepreneurs with bringing their idea's to life! Our business is called The Innovator Lab (www.theinnovatorlab.com)

We are open to all ideas re the logo albeit we would like the symbol (attached) included within the logo. The symbol is more the outline. It can be like a 'watermark' or included in a way that the designer wants to include it. We are open to logo's without the symbol, so if your preference is not to include it in your design that is ok too.
