Brief de Design de Logo

I have an existing logo that I either want small modifications to or I want a new design. I want to incorporate it into a business card and letterhead and company envelopes. I will use the logo on the company website, a financial planning website portal that clients log in to, LinkedIn, etc. I would like a design for the templates of these pieces and I would like a template of the logo so I can paste it into other documents or templates if necessary. I will need to have a small font disclaimer on marketing pieces at the bottom of these templates since I'm in finance.
