Brief de Design de Logo

This is a dental clinic that is need of a logo and some branding. This is the first logo and website that the dentist is creating. Nothing to "silly". This logo needs to be professional as the dental association can be quite strict in Alberta. This is a easy-going, friendly, caring clinic. He wants it to look professional. Possibility of selling practice in future so would like simple yet classy. Nothing with animals or cartoon characters or anything like that. This logo will eventually go on his website, letterhead and business cards. Colors are your choice. Something bright but not to "dark" as the dental office is a fun place to visit. Right? You can possibly incorporate a "tooth". This can not look to kid like. Sound's contradicting, I know.
