Can you make the payment garanteed?

No. We have run many contest on this site and have always selected a winner. We feel it unnecessary to guarantee payment and don't want to feel obligated if we don't find the design logo we are looking for then we lose money. If we weren't confident in designers on this site to deliver, we would not have as many contests winners as we do. We have awarded 7 winners on 7 contest this year alone. If you do not feel confident to submit, we understand, but its more likely we will once again find the logo design we want and need here just based on past experiences

After seeing many deisgns, we have some feedback for you as designers. We like the word SALON much smaller than IXCHEL, we like to see a Stacked Design with Salon on top of IXCHEL for a more vertical designed logo. Color is preffered to be black and white. Use various fonts between SALON & IXCHEL so they can have some distinction between the words also would be good Thanks
