Hi, i am interested in designing the prospective logo for your company. I would just like to know if there is anything ideally wanted incorporated within the logo, and what format would you like the submission?

I would like a modern design ..... simple and distinct. Do not include traditional images like teeth (too commonplace).

I'm not familiar with format so the most popular format will suffice
