Do you want the emblem large just with the saying above/below/around it?

No, all the colors do not have to be included in one design. You can start off with making the design for a white t-shirt. The star should be prominent but I'll leave it to your creativity to decide how to implement the text and the design together. I didn't really have a hard, fast rule on that other than the two need to be featured on the shirt. It could be multiple stars on the shirt, I don't know. I'll just leave that to your creativity and provide feedback on the design.
