Brief de Design de Newsletter

We require a professional newsletter designed that will be sent both by mail and by email (and can be posted online) to the members in our client organization. I will develop and curate the content to send to the designer but we need help with a good design.

We have two key colours: red and blue (usually on white background). The pantones are:
blue = 301C
red = 032C

The logo I have from the client is attached as well as a recent piece with contact information and social media channels noted.

The client also provided a campaign logo "Build the Case for 2019" that will accompany copy for membership and donation which will follow.

Two preliminary content pieces are also included here: a flyer for a bbq and the "National Council Update" article.
