Your requirement is a bit unclear. Is the packaging, a box? a bottle label ? or a plastic bag ?
If it's a label, can you clearly mention the dimensions ?

It is a bottle label. Label panel area: 1.5" x 5". back of bottle will have nutritional label. its a square bottle

I am looking for a label that covers the full bottle. 1.5 x 5 inches is just one side
