Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo that either incorporates the word, or a symbol in the word, OR the word with a logo next to it. What our company does is essentially match.com for jobs. We match employers and employees based off specific requirements weighted by the user. Once there is a match, they can then look at the others profile and communicate that way. You can only communicate with someone you are matched with. We would like the designers to use the color orange, but are open to other colors to see. The final design should communicate security, community, and connecting with others.

• The logo must have some kind of symbol. The symbol can be next to the word Beeya, or can be incorporated into the word. Ideally it would be wanted to have a symbol incorporated in the word but allow that symbol to stand alone if needed as brand recognition.
