Brief de Design Graphique

I have changed the name of my cleaning company for a fresh new professional approach. Business now includes residential, commercial and domestic cleaning. Would like a bright fresh logo that naturally stands out. Simple is fine - I plan on possibly franching this business so would like the logo to be recognizable like say - Home James Franchines.
I have received a few desigs which haven't been at all appealing but realise that it is probably my fault due to not providing enough information. so will endeavour to be more self explanatory.

Shirts we are using are an emerald green however the design logo I am hoping for will have a splash of colour to stand out. Would even be happy with rainbow colours (if that is not to much of an ask). I would like the design to be bold and out there. I had another design done for me for a website (seperate business) by design crowd and loved his design. My webste is www.tenantcleaningservice.com if you would like to see it.
