Brief de Design de Logo

Hello, "Nano" is a new line of yacht tenders for mega yachts from Nautica International boat company. We are looking for a logo to be made for this new branch company. The word "Nano" needs to be the main point in the logo but also needs to include "by Nautica International" in the subtext or in less obvious lettering. These logos will be displayed on the sides of the boat that we are selling. For more info on the boat visit www.nanoribs.com and more more info on Nautica visit www.nauticaintl.com. Please do not use the Nautica brand bird logo in any of the designs as it pertains to another line of products. We are looking for a distinct logo from that of Nautica. Down the line we will need banner ad, web page, etc. design so this can be an ongoing relationship. I will need all formats of file for both high res reprint, low res, black and white, transulant, digital etc. etc.
