Brief de Web Design

CareerEcologia is developing a collaborative career course, with coaching and community exchange. Goal is to offer a platform where talented candidates can show their expertise and find projects, partners, and develop their online portfolios!

Here is a good example of the type of thing we hope to create with focus on sustainability focused talent to task matching

We hope to have a "grid style" gallery where it is easy to search by talent types and focus areas within the scope of "Sustainability" issues...Food/Water/Energy, Public Health, Technology, Sustainable Cities, Infrastructure, Education, Policy, Emerging Economies, Ecosystems, Social Innovation, inclusive Security, Equity Issues. For each topic/ header we hope to have candidates post their completed portfolios to exhibit resumes, biography, a case study... they may actually prepare these on other sites, but can link in OR alternately that they can easily create here, similar to "about.me" ....

Hope to include a blog space titled "Leading in the Gap", where people can mix it up across these topic issues as they are interdependent and often require partners across discipline areas! If possible another area where jobs related to these issues may be posted as project or job opportunities by potential employers.

If there is a way to create a feed from various job sites that already exist...like Devex...or http://www.sustainablebusiness.com/ that would be super great. Again...sort of a portal connection to bridge the gap ....instead of candidates having to search all the time, we are hoping they can advertise their talent and employers may search here for these well presented portfolios!
