Brief de Design de Logo

We are an online lead generation company and need a logo for our new business. The business name is Iron Sights Marketing.

We don't want to give too much information as we don't want to limit your creativity, but here's a few of our initial thoughts.

Color Scheme:
Blue, Green, Grey, Black, Silver, some sort of variety with those.

A unique design including the letters ISM is what we're looking for / Or an ICON with something including an IronSight/Magnifying glass.

We do SEO work / Web Design ect. Maybe a computer screen or something to do with ONLINE/The Internet.

IMPORTANT: We do not want anything that gives off a "violent" feeling.

Deliverable: We would like both an ICON that can be used separately on business cards/reports ect as well as a "logo" with Iron Sights Marketing written next to the icon.
