Can you expand on the navigation you want, specifically the "Listen, Read, Watch"? Are these referring to podcasts, blog posts, and videos or is it something else?

Yes. Listen will be podcasts, read will be blog posts, and watch will be videos (webinars)

I uploaded the logo I plan on using. Also, I'd like to use the colors in the logo in the design.
