Brief de Design de T-shirt

We are an Aussie Kids Swim Brand called Escargot and have just launched in New York and LA for the upcoming summer season.

We need a print designed for a boy aged 2-14. It will be printed onto a Sun Top (Rash Vest) which is a T-shirt worn when surfing or swimming and made out of swimwear fabric.
It must be no more than 7 colours - able to be screen printed (preferable) or digitally printed.

Our target market is the cool kid at the beach, he loves to wear vintage surf inspired tee's and prefers to look like his big brother than a little kid! His mum still wants it to be a bit wholesome and doesn't like skulls.
