Brief de Design de Flyer

This project will be for Residential Roofing & Repairs of Alaska, LLC. The flyers and postcards will be used to saturate the Alaska market with our services, and get our name and logo out there for people to remember. We plan to send the flyers and postcards out in a broad scale (both door to door and mail out). We want to send out flyers to realty and property management businesses to introduce our roofing company, and to advertise our services. We would also like to have another version, or the ability to edit the text of the final product to send out the same materials to residential clients (homeowners) by just changing the text slightly to better fit that market.
We have a logo, but need something put together that we can tri-fold and mail out to potential clients. We are planning to do some postcards as well. We would like the option to mail them or bring them to people in person.
We are a locally owned roofing and repair company in Alaska. We would like something professional that will capture their attention and show the potential of working with our company. I included some detailed information about our company and some pictures below of our work trailer and a before/after on a recent project. I also attached our logo files. Please go through the attached data and let us know what you come up with to stir up the marketing aspect of our company. Thank you for your time and consideration.

There is also a Co-Owner, Cindy Detablan, so we will need the ability to print business cards for each owner. Need to be able to change the title/name and phone number for Cindy's contact information please. Contact information, license #, and logo information on one side of the card. Please tell the potential client a little about us on the back of the card by utilizing the attached information.
