Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our company located in Chicago area called "VS Carriers, Inc". We have been in a trucking business for over 4 years. And now it is the time to promote our company. We would like to see designs that are modern, professional and bold. The logo design should combine 2 of the following colors - black, orange, green, blue, gray or red. The current logo we have is depicted on Image 11. I also uploaded some images of the logo we like.
The main focus should be on letters "VS". Image 12 shows the sample we really like, however, we want to have the letters inside something like in the image 13. We would like to have "Carriers, Inc" to be in the same or similar font as letters "eal" on Image 10. Please note, aside the company logo in general, the logo will be depicted on our trucks. Thank you.
