Brief de Web Design

We need a new website for a cutting edge / dynamic real estate startup, Snowbird Realty, that will serve as a concierge brokerage to assist cold weather residents with the research, selection, financing and purchase of vacation / retirement properties in warm weather climates in the US and then globally. We will have personally vetted all properties to insure that our clients are only getting the best of the best with no hidden surprises.

** The website design will ultimately need to be coded into a wordpress theme.

We are not locked into any specific colour scheme but would prefer something warm vs cold as that is really the lifestyle we are selling. We like lots of white negative space and hope to allow high end photography to provide most of the pop in colour.

I have attached mock up wire frames to demonstrate desired functionality for three pages we need designed

1) Home Page
2) Market Profile (City overview and developments)
3) Community Profile Page (Individual development profile)

I have also included .ai file for the logo. Not locked into red.

Final design should communicate excitement, lifestyle while maintaining an air of professionalism and reliability. We have developed over 30 sites and have high expectations for the winning design.
