Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo/heading for my new blog - First Mate Kate -
1. I'd like the logo to incorporate an anchor in some way into the name - possibly off of the "t" in my name
2. I would like the logo to use pink and blue colors.
3. The logo should depict a female cartoon character tying up a boat as shown in picture 1, although the woman should be standing or shown as a torso shot tugging on a rope.
4. The cartoon character in the logo should generally resemble the picture 2, although minus the chef outfit. The logo itself could be contained in a circle but that is not necessary.
5. Picture 3 is a picture of me. Any likeness to me would be appreciated.
6. Finally, the blog will be a boating blog regarding food and fitness- if that helps!
