Brief de Design Wordpress

I need a professional, re-designed website for my RV Rental company. I want people to come to our landing page and immediately feel like they are on vacation. Clean photos and modern feel website. Must be designed for wordpress theme, responsive. Clickable contact information, our telephone number. Smooth buttons for additional pages like FAQ's, or about us, along with the social icons with hyperlinks built into them.

Also need a design for a plugin "For Sale" tab to sell the units we are phasing out of the rental fleet. Photo gallery, descriptions for each unit etc.. This tab needs to have the ability to add or subtract units as we sell them and add them to our company.

This would be a total re-design of our website. I am looking for a great design that attracts new and existing clients.

We also have some intro Vids made and can used in short clips throughout the web design process. I have attached them as well. We have a decent size gallery to choose from in our dropbox, for those interested in using them let me know and I will email the link, including some videos.

You tube videos in the front page as well, something the customers can easily hear and see to introduce our services as they scroll down to choose an inventory item.
