Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

Need a business card logo with a saw blade and hand plane
combined with Smith's Fine Edge Woodwork on it, and a unique design.

Woodworking has been in my family for generations, from carpentry, to milling logs for old farm homes and barns in the 1930's and 1940's. My grandfather had a small carpentry business from his home,and passed his skills down to my father who also did woodworking from his own small business. Having the passion for woodwork in my blood, I'm trying to continue with my own small business doing custom fine woodwork such as tables, small cabinetry and even outdoor projects to suite the customers needs. All my projects start with a rough piece of lumber, what ever the species suited for the project, and is milled to dimensions , assembled, and finished all by hand for a true handcrafted project.

My target market would be people who want a custom handmade piece, something that they can't find in stores and is unique. Also people who are willing to pay and appreciate the value, which is sometimes a hard market to find.

As far as design, I think I would like to get a sleek looking saw blade on the card combined with a hand plane some how. Background colour maybe a dark wood texture or grey? Colours I like are grey, black, reds, white, yellows but depending on how the card is looking I'm not afraid to use a cool colour to make something stand out. Just want the card to flow ,look clean and unique. Lettering I like serif and script or something similar to these that looks good on the card.
