We are looking for a 'cut through' ad to advertise our national patient newsletter to GP (doctors) who run small practices around Australia.
The publication is published quarterly and is designed for patients to read while they are in the waiting room and has health articles as well as a comic and a reader giveaway.

The publication has been around for 16 years and is well respected however, like other print publications, numbers are dropping and GPs are looking to cut costs.
The other big selling point for this quarterly newsletter was that it helped meet the subscriber practice's accreditation requirements - now many don't bother with accreditation so that level is weaker.
We want to show GPs that providing trusted , peer reviewed health information is worth their investment - and that our service now offers to send the newsletter electronically to their patients (convenience and better reach) and that we can integrate with a practice website and other tools such as online videos.
The audience is quite conservative, though, and we are trying to drag them into a new way of looking at technology etc.
The key messages are - Your Health subscription is worth the investment (because it is a value add to patients, they enjoy reading it) and that Your Health can offer a range of support services such as integrating the newsletter with an affordable website and even advising on social media options.
The dimensions of ¼ pg ad are 15cmsx3col (15cms)
One possible idea would be using the 'Your Health' newsletter as a 'cure' for an impatient waiting room ie. have a before and after shot showing a grumpy patient waiting then a happy patient reading the newsletter
