Brief de Design de Logo

We are developing a private label INSTANT freeze dried coffee brand that is 100% Colombian coffee (very important detail) for institutional buyers. We are in the process trade marking the name "Jumpin' Joe Java". The coffee will be sold in 3 and one half ounce packs. The approximate size of the entire face of the package will be 5.5 x 6 inches, so please keep that scale in mind. The package is clear and the freeze dried coffee will be seen through the bag. Jumpin Joe is a take off from an old Arkansas State university football mascot. The image of the mascot Jumpin Joe is an Indian that has copy rights we cannot infringe upon. However we do like the idea of maybe a coffee bean jumping. Google Jumpin Joe Arkansas State to get a look at the mascot and we would like to use the theme of this or elements of it on the coffee.
