Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a brand new company named 3Tuahine based in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. We are going to be buying and developing land, putting in infrastructure and building houses. We would like our logo to incorporate 3Tuahine and come with a slogan such as Quality Developments or similar. 3Tuahine is going to be a modern dynamic company building subdivisions and houses to a quality finish. We are looking for a logo that will reflect this.

All, thanks for your input so far. Have some interesting designs but still have not found an exact winner yet. As a further update to help, you can either do a design or amendment with some kind of reference to a modern house with a low pitch roof (i.e not tall sharp angles) with a slogan "Quality Developments" under the company name (3TUAHINE or 3Tuahine) or you can just do a design without a specific house style image and be creative however you like and just put the slogan "Quality Property Developments" under the company name. • Possibly consider strong earthy colours but again open to ideas. Had thought about a three peaked roof line incorporated into the name somehow but unsure if thats the right approach or going to get the right impact. Open to creative ideas again.
