Brief de Design de T-shirt

I would like a design for a black sweat shirt with the image that I
uploaded with changes to the design and color. I would like the phrase " Union till I die" to be changed to "Aviation till I die" with the same font. I would also like the blue flames surrounding the skull to be changed yellow and the word " Teamster located in the skulls mouth to be changed to "O'HARE". I would also like for the word " Local 786" to be changed to "Local 700". Please keep the font the same style. All blue outlining around the letter change to yellow as well as eyes in the skull. Please ensure the flame design remains the same. Please remove small white logo at the right hand bottom of the image..
