Brief de Web Design

Hi,

I need a new website (www.freebarcrawl.com) to have the company information on one page (2 maximum) with an auto responder.
I will need to be shown how to update the site and use of auto responder. And I’m looking to build the site further as the crawls grow.
Ideally to be worked on with SEO – looking on Google for these words:

Best bars in London
Pub crawl London
Night out London
Bars London

I want the writing to be clear, concise and easily read in UK English but I need the design to be fun and cool (as its promoting a bar crawl).
We’re looking to drive people to the site and then attend a night. We’re targeting 18-35 year olds who live in London and want to party.
I want the picture gallery to look cool, the benefits clear to see and easy for the customer to sign up (website takes e-mail address)
We run bar crawls and our service is free to the customer, which we want to be prevalent but I want it to look like a trustworthy site and not one that is just trying to "sell" ie "whats the catch"?. Really want the website to be fun too and not over a background image.
I have provided the content (attached) but looking for you to come up with a design that is engaging, fun but also clear to read.
