Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a project I call shamelessly feminine. I am a photographer who has been using the hashtag #shameslesslyfeminine for years and now, It's taken on a life of its own.

its all about women celebrating who they are without shame. it's not necessarily about always being shameless - but the struggle of it. I help women create their lives, get out of their own way and over all empower them. I don't want the logo to be too girly. I want it to be very readable. I am concerned about how long it might be - so I am open to ideas about that. I am not sure if I want to keep the hashtag in or not. All logos should include the tm symbol. (the logo I included is one I have used but dont like)
