Brief de Web Design

We need a web design which is modern and stands out. Our company will distribute electronic drives to Australia and New Zealand. The company is called Jortec Engineering. This website will be looked at by architects and manufacturers that will use or specify this product in the healthcare industry, automotive industry and food processing industry. Our product is designed to automate things such as wheelchairs, windows, hospital beds ect. We get our product from the manufacturer in Denmark called 'Concens'.
I need someone to take all the information and the logo from their website but change the way it is set up and the colours. We dont want to use their contact information.
