Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a tshirt design for a medical office. It needs to include our logo (in some form but can be modified) as well as our name (Northeast Texas Neurology Associates) which can be abbreviated NETNA. We want a modern, bold design that is professional. Colors need to go on a gray and navy (possibly royal blue). Please stay true to the colors in our logo.

UPDATE: Please vary the design more that just putting the given file on our shirt. For example, I would like to see a blocked (collegiate type font) on NETNA on the front of the shirt. Thank you for the submissions thus far.
