Brief de Design de Menu

Looking for a 11x17 size menu. we are a full service BBQ restaurant. We have an upscale environment as well as up scale service. We offer 5 star dinning at a casual price. we are on route 66 and are proud of that. we offer the finest smoked meats. Specializing in smoked pork beef and bison. we have an old barn wood decor. we only use oak to smoke our meats. use a lot of tarnished metal as well as some string nail art. Looking for a menu that goes along our style. i have attached as many pictures as i could to give you a fill of how we do it out here.

• I have attached the Current menu we use. File kendals menu pub. Those are all the Items. There will be some changes as we but together the new menu. The prices are changing. but that should be an easy change as we go.

Bien d'avoir

• We are getting away from the lunch dinner menu and going to an all day menu. so rather than coming with toast or bun we will now be asking as an option. I have attached a menu i tried to make as a sample of how we will be doing it. new menu single page and new menu single page flame. These are ideas i had but could not really make it work. so use them as an idea of what we are looking for but be creative.
