Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my company, the company is called Peacock & Gray

The company sells property in a very competitive market place - so the logo has to be clear and bold.

The property we sell is a luxury product and we deal with high net worth individuals so the logo should reflect that

The colour should be pastel greens, blues and dark greys but I am open to suggestions - perhaps a pop of colour such as pink to make the logo stand out - see above regarding being in a competitive market place - it must be clear, bold and grab people's attention.

The logo must feature the words 'Peacock & Gray' but may also feature images relating to peacocks or houses....perhaps the P could be in the shape of a peacocks feather? Etc etc

The logo is used extensively in marketing externally including a large shop sign, boards placed in front of properties on websites etc. So it may need to fit different sized applications - is there any way there could be two types of logo - one long and horizontal (landscaped) and the other over two lines and in a portrait layout?
