Brief de Design de Logo

We require a logo design for our property letting company called 'Smart Choice Lets' in the UK.

We are looking for something smart but not overly formal.
Our main customer base is 20 - 40 year old blue and white collar workers but we do offer to all.

Whilst open to all ideas, some designs that are a metal/grey/silver colour would be appreciated as we have used a silver grey paint on some feature walls in some of the properties.

We want to purvey a smart choice, definitely not a cheap choice.

Smart Choice Lets is part of Vanguard Property. I have attached some of the artwork from this for reference. We are not looking for a copy but something that seems less corporate.
