what kind of service do you actually offer? is it a social communication website?

Hi, could you please provide feedback so I know if i'm on the right track or if you had something totally different in mind.

thanks LD - I think your concept is lovely but too focused on communication... perhaps you could add things like photos and videos? I will speak to my colleagues as to whether they have any other feedback. 

i like the colours and fonts you have used - the service is about connecting older people to their carers and to younger members of their families who may be on facebook, email, text messaging etc etc
