I have updated the brief. Feedback so far.
1. Dont use DNA in the logo.
2. Only Genesis or Genesis Digital Life Agency.
3. The apple needs a "digital look." Possible pixelation or binary (1 & 0's). You are the experts, just a suggestion.

We write code. Our logo should reflect it.
