Double sided flyer would be good I think.
Also if we could have it in the shape of longer side length and shorter width (if that makes sense ?) 

On the back of the flyer we can have just the name of the challenge and contact details or something ?
12 Week Top Shot ...... Challenge ...

Do you want your logo included on the flyer? If so can you upload it to be transferred onto the flyer.
