Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new fresh logo design for our company (FETHA). The idea for the FETHA (feather) brand was to represent light, strong and aerodynamic components.
We have grown since then and expanded into engineering too.

We have two distinct area's of business.....
1. We are a high-tech CNC machine-shop that produces high quality prototype components in all metals and aluminium.
www.fethaengineering.com.au (machining side).

2.We also produce a few high-end cycling products and would like to logo to look great on these too.
www.fetha.com.au (cycling related).

Ideally the logo would be a design that suits both business area's.
Less is more - a clean, simple and dynamic design would be fantastic.
Happy with BLACK and WHITE as this translates well to branding our components.

We are in a hurry and will be making a decision within 5 days.
