Brief de Design de Logo

The start of a new oil drilling project in Far East Russia has setup the need for a new logo. This is a sub-Arctic drilling project with the worlds largest, most powerful land rig. Our logo will be used for coffee mugs, shirts, jackets, hats and other items. It would also be used for documents and otherwise.
The design should include similar colors to those provided in the sketch (no more than 3 colors excluding black). Also provide a monochromatic option. The design should be simple, classic look that is able to be embroidered and cut for stickers, etc.
