Hello,
Our company is seeking a beautiful design for our real estate development that is currently being launched.
About The Project:
Development Name - Angel Oak Plantation
Location - Charleston, S.C.
Low-Country Southern Style Architecture
Google "low-country" Charleston, SC to get an idea of the unique culture of the city
Google "angel oak tree" Charleston, SC to understand the branding

Why we like it... We love the classy feeling the brochure portrays by using unique fonts and backgrounds (burlap textures). We also love the images that represent a "low-country" vibe.
Requirements:
1. We will be providing all of the content (attached)
2. Please use plenty of southern low-country stock images from BigStockPhoto (we have a subscription so just use the watermarked images unless you have full permissions)
3. Do not copy the Palmetto Bluff brochure - create a unique vision that fits in to the low-country and southern vibe
4. Attached is our logos
