Firstly - I like the design . The fixed backgroud should be replace  with the image Iincluded in the brief.

I do not understand the login part. Is this for the administrator of the events to update the editable fields?

Not everyone should be routed to the admin page. Where will the administrator log in?

What would the program display page look like? similar to the one I included?

And then how wouls the restaurant page look like?

I really can not get an idea of what is going on.
Sorry to sound so stupid  Please give me a more detailed design concept for this does not address the whole brief. Or do I just miss something

Here I need 5 columns . In last column i need BOOK NOW Button
The rows in this table can change. So I need editable regions in every row where admin login can change these regions.

In top colapsable pane I need every enrty to be anchored to bottom of page where that specific restaurant is

For every restaurant I need Heading, Text area, lightbox ( preferably DMXZone if you can) and the colapsable panel for contact details
