Brief de Design de Mascotte

We need a mascot design for our new school, Berean Christian Academy. The mascot is the "Trailblazers" or Blazers for short. Our school colors are red, navy, and gray. We do not want a cartoon- like image. I will include the AI file of our Berean Crest. We want to incorporate the crest within a Shield as part of the mascot design (example image also attached). We cannot change the colors inside the crest, and the B stays within the shield. We would like to see the Mascot be a warrior type, possibly of Ancient Greek decent?? (not mythical..). It would be nice to see a sample of the figure as muscular and one that is not SO obviously a muscular image.
We would like him to be carrying a torch and the Berean Shield OR incorporate both in the image.
