Brief de Design de Logo

I have a clear idea of the style and content that I need. Hand drawn, woodcut style using the images of a white horse. Samples attached.
The image attached of the white horse with our Hakuba Brew Pub text is perfect for us but I am not able to use it for a logo due to license limitations. It was bought from Shutterstock... Something similarly punchy and creative is needed.
Hakuba is Japanese for white horse so I want to incorporate the hand drawn image of a white horse.
We are located in a ski village in the Northern Japanese Alps. Our client are winter sports enthusiasts, summer mountain lovers, fisherpeople, creatives, craft beer enthusiasts etc.
We have a craft beer brewery on premises.
We like the feeling of ancient civilization such as egyptian, Sumerian or earlier. These cultures where some of the first to brew beer.

Marché(s) Cible(s)

Gastropub goers, skiers, snowboarders, beer lovers, mountain and Alps lovers. 25-50 year old. Cool and creative people. The logo should appeal to peoples creative side and be very punchy.
