Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a Canada based company called "Venture Grade", which is a Venture Capital fund. A venture capital fund is a group of people that raise money from investors and take that money to invest it in start-ups that need money to grow and develop their business.

The company will be managed by university students (undergrad and masters) with a focus on management.
We want to express the escence of the company as a "finance for entrepreneurs" and we understand that entrepreneurs have "casual" styles most of the time, so we are ok with a playful looking. It is important to address that the company will be investing in entrepreneurs, and students will be taking all the decisions and the management roles in the organization; students are the core of it.

We are looking for a recognizable logo and we would like to avoid the yellow color.
