Brief de Design Wordpress

I am looking for a creative splash page that has the elements to create new pages or layers of pages for each project our company is working on. We have some elements that we really like, including our logo, posters for the projects, and one shutter stock graphic purchased - could be used or not used but i do like it. I have attached a powerpoint file with some of the visions in my head that use all the elements - potential ideas that i have no way of knowing how to carry out. I would like the web design to be able to run on wordpress. I would like the site to be beautiful and clean and creative - and cannot figure out how to do a successful MENU bar. Menu items would include: About Us, and then perhaps a tab for each of the three projects represented by the posters, and a tickets online tab, and a products tab. I also would like a special tab or button for The Blog which covers all of Got Your BackCreative, not just each project. Clutter is my enemy. Thank you for your help.

this is a digital resume for people interested in the projects our creative agency has going. I need to be able to change projects that are in the limelight, but that is not often as these are long term projects. It will also be used as a place to sell tickets online to our theatre productions, and products that arise from them.
