We are a Custom Home Builder in Upstate South Carolina. We are building a Model Home in The Cliff's at Keowee Springs. The home should be ready for touring Late Summer of 2016...this e-blast is the announcing that it's "coming soon".

We want another way to say "Grand Opening", so any ideas would be great.

- We want another way to say "Grand Opening", so any ideas would be great. Want something that sounds more formal.
- The Script font would be preferable but if you feel another font makes more sense we are open to that.
- The term "Affordable Luxury" needs to be listed somewhere
