Brief de Design de Logo

We are creating an ecommerce platform designed to raise money for charity.  The website is called ShoppingBear.com.  We''re looking for pro-bono assistance in developing the logo. As far as requirements, we''re looking for a friendly/personable type of mascot.  The logo itself should have the bear and the text separated and be in near square proportions. Our goal is to have a flexible logo that can be used easily across varying media (from online to print).
