Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a startup online retailer. We will be starting with sunglasses and incorporating other products like hats, clothing and other accessories. We would like to design them and have them manufactured. The company is based in Utah. We would like to use fabric made from plastic bottles for the shirts and eventually launch an athletic line. The logo design should incorporate a product barcode and add value to the product but not detract from it. We are currently undecided on the name of the company but are interested in a catchy fun name that would fit with an online retailer and allow us to expand the product line.
