Brief de Design de Brochure

I would like a design for a 2 sided brochure (front and back) A4
I own a lighting store and have been servicing and supplying lights for 16 years
We supply lighting to over 100 builders
We work with designers ,architects, home renovators
We have the latest designs and trends in lighting
We offer personalised service to all our customers
We can help you with the lighting design of your new home or commercial project

We currently supply lights to about 20 builders who have display homes in a display village nearby http://homequest.com.au
These display homes have potential buyers of the homes walking through them and therefore potential customers of ours.
Usually the builder will refer the client to us but it would be nice to have some kind of presence in the display home in the way of a brochure.
This will enable us to possibly pick up client who are just browsing thru the homes

I'd the photos to do most of the talking with a description similar to the brochure attached .(which says "at cosmo lighting baulkham hills we excel......) PLEASE NOTE COMPANY NAME IS NOW
