Brief de Design de Logo
We recently relaunched our site careXtend (see http://www.carextend.com). The original site had a business-to-business focus, but now we are focusing on direct to consumer. So now we have decided to rebrand the site. The new new name will be "FitBoomBah".
FitBoomBah is a play on "sis-boom-bah", a cheerleading chant, originally (1867) an echoic phraseimitating the sound of a skyrocket flight ( sis), theburst of the fireworks ( boom), and the reaction of thecrowd ( (b)ah).
Please note, this is our second attempt at developing a new logo. Some may have participated in our last attempt to rename the site "wepear"; however, this brand identity did not test well with our consumers.
The site is focused on making healthy living easy by connecting healthy tips with the latest product and service innovations in fitness, weight loss, nutrition and beauty.
We source our innovations from places like indigogo, kickstarter, health blogs, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) etc., before they become readily available on sites like Amazon, Groupon, or other mass market channels. Essentially we serve as a launch platform for these new innovations, helping them gain market awareness and traction before approaching more traditional or mainstream distribution channels.
So essentially we are "bursting" our launching the products in to the market to see the reaction of the crowd (our users).

- Perhaps experiment with using 2 or 3 different fonts or font treatments for the 3 parts "fit" "boom" "bah"

- Not be cheesy or corny, featuring fireworks, rockets, etc. I want this to convey bursting or launching without using images of rockets and fireworks.
