May I ask a few background questions ?
What is the basis for the name "89 Mall" ? You don't explain the images. I assume they are concept diagrams for the mall ? Is there a point(s) of differentiation between 89 Mall and other malls in Kuwait City ? Is there a theme in the tenants who will occupy the mall e.g. family orientated, fashion, luxury etc ?
