Do u Need Special Dog To Use in Logo or I have many choices ????

Hi, would like a short haired herding dog type preferably. Don't want the dog to look like a guard dog though. The logo has to appeal to families and look like we are proficient in what we are doing to be able to take on difficult dog behaviour training cases. As well as have a sporty feel for the dog sports we teach. Hope that helps and doesn't make things more confusing! Thanks
